Sydney York is finally an upperclassman, starting her year off strong with IB classes, and preparing for the SATs and ACTs. She is excited and ready to start her first year on the Wire staff. She is not a very busy screenager, but when she sets her mind on something, that is all she focuses on. When she isn’t spending hours a night completing her heavy IB course load, she is attending SkillsUSA meetings, One Act Play rehearsals, spending time with her family, and bouncing around the school talking to her favorite teachers. She can be easily recognized by her short stature and helpful hands. She is locked and loaded with sarcasm, advice, and smarts. With Zach Bryan as her background music, she is ready. “Happiness is not a destination, it’s a state of mind.”
