Upbeet is a new restaurant in Midtown’s Westside Provisions District. The restaurant was created by the same people who own Yeah Burger!, a perennial Atlanta favorite. Upbeet is a casual, hip place to eat and is focused on healthy food. The menu is free of GMOs, antibiotics and all things artificial. So far, the restaurant has been a big hit, as evidenced by a constant stream of happy customers going in and out.  

The restaurant has great indoor and outdoor seating with picturesque decor. Cute quotes line the edges of walls and everything from the menu to the succulents on the tables adds to the vibe. The service at Upbeet is also excellent. The wait staff is fast and friendly, and waiters go out of their way to make customers feel welcome.

Upbeet has a delicious menu that features two different categories. The first group is comprised of bowls, with a greens or grain base paired with mouth-watering toppings. The menu provides two options: Customers can either order restaurant recommended bowls that follow popular patterns or — for the more adventuresome — they can build their own bowls. The set up is in assembly-line form, where employees build up the bowl as it moves down the serving line. The second part of the menu features smoothies, smoothie bowls, toast, yogurt bowls, coffee and superfood lattes. From sweet to savory, the choices are extensive and insanely good.

Overall, Upbeet is a super vibrant restaurant that gives a whole new meaning to the term “healthy eating” along with a wide variety of dining options. Next time you’re going to out to lunch and want a switch from the drive through, stop by Upbeet. You’ll be glad you did!
