Basketball coach, Kerry Sarden, sports his NAHS basketball warmups in anticipation for the upcoming season.

The basketball season is amongst us again. With a loss of 10 seniors this year should be very interesting. Last year the Warriors were 18-11. “We have participated in the fall league this year, and we look very pleasing and very promising this year.” said coach Sarden.

“We had amazing year last year, and it showed us the road map to success, and all we they have to do is repeat that effort that was put in last year and I think we will be equally successful this year.” “I expect senior leadership, I expect my under classmen to fulfill roles that were vacated last year.” said Sarden. “After a loss to the great Gainesville team we owe our next wins to the class of 2015.” said Jordan Williams

Also this year, there is a new team add to the list. There is now a 9th grade team which is being coached by coach Grady. “The ninth team is good because it helps build them up to become a varsity player.” Stated Jordan Williams. This year, the basketball team seems even more promising this year than last. The warrior basketball team start off their season on against the Jackson jaguars on November the 13. Go Warriors.
